Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Kimono
Carefully fold your item back into its original silk bag or packaging and secure it in a shipping box along with the packing slip.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
